CANCELLATIONS

  • STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS once orders are shipped. OK Trading does not acknowledge BOGUS BUYERS. Please ensure that you are 101% sure before submitting your orders. Bogus buyers are automatically blocked from our shop.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

  • Exchange Rules:

1. Exchanges are only permitted in case of major defects in the received product.

2. Products with minor defects are not eligible for exchange, as they are considered testers with minimal imperfections that didn't pass factory quality control.

3. In event of a wrong orders, the item must remain unopened and sealed for an exchange to be processed.

  • Refund Rules:

1. Refunds will not be issued unless there is a missing item in the order.

2. Refunds may be considered in special cases through mutual agreement with the customer.

PAYMENTS

  • For UAE buyers, cash on delivery. We are currently NOT accepting any online payments or bank transfers.

DELIVERY

  • No same day delivery. Delivery within 3-5 working days. NO RUSH ORDERS. You will receive an email once your order is out for delivery. Delayed by the courier is beyond our control.

*Due to high demand, there may be times when our website experiences glitches, especially when multiple customers are placing orders simultaneously, or some customers are ordering in bulk. As a result, the website may not be able to accurately count inventory. In such cases, there could be instances where you have placed an order, but the item becomes sold out by the time the order is processed.

If this happens, we will still process your order for the remaining items, as long as it includes more than 2-3 pieces, excluding the sold-out items. If you would like to provide an alternative choice in case your selected item is unavailable, please include a note with your backup preference during the checkout process.*

AUTHENTICITY

  • Our shop has been legitimate since 2019, backed by thousands of proven feedbacks. Our tester perfumes are authentic and sourced directly from the brands factories. These testers are genuine products that didn't pass the factory's quality control. While most perfumes come in sealed tester boxes,  some may not, depending on the manufacturer's release. The ml size varies, but typically ranges between  75-100ml. Our perfume tester stocks are dynamic, as they are sourced from products that are only pulled out from factories. Availability may vary, and we may not have a predictable schedule for restocking.

PERFUME LONGEVITY

Let's start by saying, the longevity of a perfume can be influenced by an individual's body chemistry. Factors such as skin acidity, diet and even hormonal changes can impact how a fragrance interacts with the skin and how long it lasts.

  • Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a medium-low scent concentration with 4-8% Perfume oil and can last 4-6 hours

  • Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a medium-high scent concentration with 8-15% Perfume oil and can last 5-7 hours

  • Perfume, sometimes called an Extrait, is between 15-30% Perfume oil and can last 6-8 hours

  • Cologne, sometimes called an Eau de Cologne or an Eau Fraiche, is between 3-5% Perfume oil and can last 2-3 hours.

However, 

  • If you are acidic and do not have a balanced PH level on your skin, your perfume cannot stay longer on your body. High acidity on a human body can alter the scent of perfumes thus making it ineffective – you cannot even smell it. If you have a dry skin, your perfume will not stay for long because your body has less or no moisture at all to hold on perfume together. If a person is taking medications, is pregnant, on diet, likes spicy foods or is smoking – it will directly affect perfume’s scent and staying power. So better check yourself first before pointing your fingers to your perfume as the culprit.

  • If you work outside the office or you are always on the field, then your perfume will not last for long. Why? Because wind, sun and pollution could easily remove it on your body. Though sweat can help some perfume variants to reactivate its scents (some perfumes with summery scents such as citrus, orange or grass works well when we perspire), perspiration could also bring more damage to perfume’s unique scent (musk, wood or blackcurrant leaf leaves a foul smell when it blends with sweat). And we do know better, right? The moment we perspire we automatically rub our sweat with a handkerchief, thus unknowingly wiping our own perfumes as well!
